Instructions if you have a GE oven with this panel.
BEGIN SABBATH MODE
This routine puts it in Sabbath mode - disables lights & sounds:
Hold bake+broil approx 2 seconds
Set clock: sab
Start
Single bracket appears

TURN THE OVEN ON
Once you're in Sabbath mode, then you put it in Bake mode, just like normal, only without light/sound:
Bake
Start
Oven is initially set to 350.
Eventually second bracket appears.

SET THE TEMP
Once the oven is on, set temp:
Bake
+/- (to change temp by 25° increments)
(Lowest temp is 175)

*Set temp once before Shabbat, but on chag you can adjust it.

optional - SET AUTO OFF
For automatic shut off, once everything else is set:
Cook time
+/- to set countdown to shut off
Start
(If you try to use "cook time" without being in sabbath mode, the oven will turn off, but a timer will beep nonstop at the end of the countdown, not so fun on Shabbat)

EXIT SABBATH MODE
Cancel/off button (turns off the oven)
Wait for single bracket
Hold bake+broil approx 2 seconds
Set clock: off
