I have been consumed the past several days wrestling with my (now retired) laptop. The video card croaked. And I finally admitted I can't fix that myself.
I'm good with computers. I can usually troubleshoot and fix most anything... but not hardware.
Don't worry though (as if you were actually worried), I'm still full of ideas and getting back on track to enlighten you.
